Business Performance Consultancy (BPC) is a 100% Black-owned South African management consulting firm specialising in strategic planning, organisational performance management, monitoring and evaluation, governance advisory, research, risk management, sustainability, and public sector institutional development.

We assist government departments, public entities, regulators, municipalities, development finance institutions, state-owned entities and private sector organisations to improve strategic alignment, organisational effectiveness, governance maturity, accountability and sustainable performance outcomes, including revenue growth strategies.

Our work spans expert facilitation and advisory services, project management, proof reading and editing of annual reports, analytical support, strategy implementation monitoring, sustainability and ESG strategies, and executive reporting solutions.
